“I am so thrilled to have found this ! My Son in law is a doctor who fan, and loves wearing bow ties on special occasion and I can’t wait for him to open up his “replica doctor who bow tie” on Christmas Day. The bow tie was delivered in a lovely presentation tin, I managed to find a picture of the doctor wearing the exact bow tie which I’m going to put on the inside of the lid Thank you x x”

“I didn't realise the bow tie wasn't tied, and contacted them to equire what my options were. They just sent me a link to their return site. I didn't read the instructions properly, so apparently I didn't start the reurn request. I sent the bow tie back, and after a few days when no money had been deposited to my account, I contacted them, asking why. They answered that no return had been submitted. I checked the transaction number, and it said my return had been reject and was on its way back to me. I realise this was my own fault, but I also think a little understanding goes a long way. The last sentence brought my rating from a 3 to a 2 star: "At least a charity shop will benefit from your mistake on this occasion."”
