“I didn't realise the bow tie wasn't tied, and contacted them to equire what my options were. They just sent me a link to their return site. I didn't read the instructions properly, so apparently I didn't start the reurn request. I sent the bow tie back, and after a few days when no money had been deposited to my account, I contacted them, asking why. They answered that no return had been submitted. I checked the transaction number, and it said my return had been reject and was on its way back to me. I realise this was my own fault, but I also think a little understanding goes a long way. The last sentence brought my rating from a 3 to a 2 star: "At least a charity shop will benefit from your mistake on this occasion."”

“Please update website in Returns section to make it clear where to send things back if the need arises ie Returns Adress I spent a long time trying to find this thinking all the time have I been scammed! “I ordered £500 worth of BowTies as I wasn’t sure which would go best with my suit. They were sent by APC-Overnight (who were a NIGHTMARE to deal with and delivered them to the wrong address and then when told they would redeliver did not!) When I finally received my order I settled on a bow-tie and wanted to order a pocket square to which I was told “we are no longer accepting new orders” so I unfortunately had to send all the bow ties back. I have since been trying to speak to somebody about an update on my return/refund. I have emailed twice and instagrammed twice and not had any form of response?”
