I was very impressed with the service . I had placed an order as a Christmas gift , which was 5 days over the delivery , I therefore sent an email . I received a reply shortly afterwards , with an apology , and explanation that it may have got lost . I received a refund straight away . I then reordered, but paid for express delivery which arrived in 2 days . I was so impressed with how my original query was dealt with and cannot fault the service. My order was perfect too .
