I ordered dummbells December 22th 2024 and it’s never arrive in my address. The custumer service replied my email he promised to contact dpd and after a week nothing happens in the end he told me they send me another parcel with express delivery which will arrive in the next week and he told me it’s been canceled because of delivery problems to Austria.
I asked refund my money back but till now January 20th 2025 still not receive anything from them. Such a bad service and the solution was never happened
