MTB Fitness is a great resource for all mountain bikers. Very informative and the daily emails cover a wide range of topics and are great for motivation. Matt employs a wide range of communication methods to stay in touch. Ive purchased the 12 week programme and the nutrition guide and both have been excellent and helped not just my riding but me as a person immensely.
