When I emailed MTC Kitchen about the status of my order after not seeing it shipped for a week during their holiday sale, they immediately responded they were slammed by their holiday sale (It was a fantastic sale and I can understand why!) and the next day my order was processed and arrived here in two days. Excellent customer service response for excellent products. And I do appreciate how they custom craft their cardboard shipping containers for each order for excellent protection for the shipped product.
