“Worst experience ever!!!! One item I ordered has an expired date the day after I received it!!”

Stephen, we’re sorry the seaweed arrived with a best-before date so close to delivery. After you contacted us, we confirmed the issue and sent two replacement packages at no charge from inventory dated August 2027. The replacements were delivered on October 6. We understand your disappointment and apologize for the product issue.

“The shopping experience was very positive. The paring knife I ordered is now my go to knife; balance, clean cutting, and so beautiful. Did parsnips yesterday. The customer service representatives are very helpful; very professional and knowledgeable The unique merchandise shipped promptly and was packed very carefully. I am a repeat customer.”

“From purchase to ship date is much too long”

“I purchased from MTC kitchen and followed the business through the years. The products are high quality and honest in description. When the packages arrived, I knew people cared when they packed everything thoughtfully. I wish I can purchase more often if the shipping cost is not high.”

“Compared to most online services these days, order was kind of slow to ship (11 days from order to arrival). I returned an item and they were also slow to respond. They said item showed scratches from use, but I did not not use the item and returned it in the exact condition received. So I have to pay for them to ship it to me again. I wouldn't shop there again for something that can be obtained elsewhere.”

“I've used MTC Kitchen a few times now and they have been great. A company is good when you don't have to think, or fret about your order. Communication is perfect, just enough, not overwhelming my inbox. Prices are very competitive and they usually beat the shipping date. Highly recommend!”
