“Great, shipped fast, nice products. Though I got shorted my spare grill grate. Other than this MTC is great, will be using them again soon. Awesome grill.”

“MTC is great, I only wished they had more shipping options available (shipping price may be too high) and that they processed orders a bit faster. For example, I paid 20 dollars for shipping for something I didn’t need urgently. Shipping took less than two days but processing and actually shipping the order took very long so I ended up paying those 20 dollars and still waiting a week to get my items.”

“Customer service was responsive and efficient. Cutting board is awesome. However I am NOT a fan of SHOP-which is the shipping/fulfillment that is used for MTC. Products are great but there is no guarantee of ship date, it's vague with updates and products take WAY longer than any other items I have purchased online. I like MTC-I DO NOT like Shop.”

“Shopping experience was smooth. One of the two items shipped was wrong; this was exchanged for the correct item in relatively short order. Did take a little to happen due to the holiday season volume.”

“shipping is hella slow but it gets there eventually! if you are buying with a timeline in mind add about 2 weeks for shipping and it should be fine!”

“shipping wasn't immediate after placing an order so I had to write an email to customer support to ship my order after waiting for about a week. but someone promptly replied and the shipment came right away after that. wrapping was very good but a bit too good? too much plastic wasted but i guess most items are breakable materials so need to be careful. all in all and a pleasant experience.”
