shipping wasn't immediate after placing an order so I had to write an email to customer support to ship my order after waiting for about a week. but someone promptly replied and the shipment came right away after that. wrapping was very good but a bit too good? too much plastic wasted but i guess most items are breakable materials so need to be careful. all in all and a pleasant experience.
