I received two items in my order that were unacceptable: one had a blue marker/pen mark on it and another was a wood item that had a split edge. Both items seem to have been shipped this way. It was also a hassle to try to figure out an exchange/return with customer service.

The order arrived quickly however a third (13 bowls) of our order arrived broken.

Website was pretty, item shipped quickly. Item was, in my opinion, falsely advertised. It was described as soft and that it wouldn’t slide around. Now that I’ve learned my lesson and looked up the cutting board on other sites, I cannot find anyone else describing it as soft. I hated the item as soon as I opened it, went to return it since return policy said no scrapes or cuts, customer service rep said that despite no scrapes and cuts, the smudges from my finger oils make it non refundable. I’m upset and all I wanted was store credit so I could get a cutting board I don’t hate. I cannot stand this board and only see a massive waste of so so much money, and due to this being my first experience with MTC, I do not plan to purchase through you all again.

Happy with the product itself. Extremely unhappy about the lengthy processing delay. Patiently waited several weeks then called. Was told my order (all of which was in-stock at the time of ordering) was processed, packed, and ready for shipping and would go out the following business day. Another week passed and nothing was shipped. Contacted again, threatening to cancel the order, and only THEN was my order finally shipped.

Prices seem crazy high. Shipment included one opened item. They resent and item appeared sealed, but was 1/3 empty. Seems to be a manufacturing problem, not a distribution problem, but they seem to be aware of the problem and still charge crazy high.

I sent an Email to make sure i am getting the same of pictures and they confirmed that, while most of sticks them were thick (+2 inch), on the other hand they arrived in good condition and was packed well

Price and ease of ordering on their site was great. Shipping was not to expectations as I was informed that my order was delayed, not because they didn't have stock, but because they "Had too much business". Although I appreciated the notification of delay beyond the planned 2 weeks of normal processing, the notification did not provide any indication or estimation of when the order would ship. So I asked to cancel the items I ordered and suddenly I recieved confirmation of shipment. Will not purchase from MTC again.

Item it self was fine. However shipping took over a month. It's 2024 how does an in stock item take that long to be shipped?

I dont really have a problem with the product or the services provided, but the shipping time. I had paid for express and it wasnt received until a week after order date.

this order took a very long time to process and deliver, longer than I feel it should have. we were delayed with the PayPal payment service and discovered that the service did not accept amex. additionally the order did not arrive in time for our event - was delayed by the carrier after sitting in Miami for a few days- and we had to scramble to find alternatives.

Ground shipping is really slow. Not a fault of shipper but rather mtc just not fulfilling the order for a week.
