“Too often Out of Stock itmes”

“You fulfilled my orders, and the products are of excellent quality. However, while I do not hold you responsible, I cannot comprehend how DHL can deliver something to me in 3 or 4 days from Slovenia or Japan. Yet, UPS takes 5 to 7 days to deliver something WITHIN America.”

“Sent a cutting board instead of the Shapton stone I ordered. You replaced it quickly. But by the time I got it and tried it, your sale was off and I didnt get to order the 2nd Shapton that I wanted”

“My shopping experience was easy, user friendly. However, I miscalculated on the sizes of the boards. Apparently the one I bought is very tiny. You have enough room to cut or slice a couple pieces of fruit. These boards are also expensive. They work great, easy to clean and use. I just wish I ordered something larger.”

“It’s great to use YB 02, 06& 03 sushi containers. But needed to order for 2 weeks before run out coz delivery time took long. One thing, delivery may cause some container crushes.”

“Decent transaction. Pricing and shipping very good. The durability of the Hasegawa board is questionable to me. The price is high and I've had two ordered, the tan larger board looks like or 15 years old, stain easily. Serviceable sure, but they are a mess to look at. Ordered a smaller black one to avoid the staining and that works, but the surface layer has twice the knife damage as the one I've been using for months longer. Almost like the black boards are softer. Yes, I order a scraper which is almost completely useless. Seems the premise is great, the quality okay, the value not so much, and longevity less so.”

“MTC is the only place we've been able to source our Curry bags. When we placed our orders earlier in the year, they came at a reasonable speed. Now we wait 2 to 2 1/2 weeks for the product just to ship. As a small business who can only afford a few bags at a time, we've had to go without Curry on our menu for a few days due to the shipping speed. I refuse to pay for faster shipping when your packing speed is the problem. We understand your warehouse is probably busy, but 10 days to pack an order is a bit ridiculous.”

“Decent. Shipping could be faster. One of the cutting boards had a slice down the center that cut right through the paper included with the board as well. Very clear. Kept it anyway as it is a cutting board, but annoying to get a damaged 'new' product.”

“I ordered 3 very small items: 91574 Replacement Blade for Benriner Mandoline Slicer 1 95401 Wood Block for Smoking 1 95403 Wood Block for Smoking. 1 It couldn't have been more than a few ounces and I was charged $14 for shipping! Seems outrageous to me.”
