“Ok, they forgotten about my order. But after I reminded them, they were able to send out my order quickly.”

“Everything was pretty good from shopping for a knife and the shipping time was pretty understandable. My only problem came in the delivery of the knife. The knife came in packaged very tightly but even then the very tip of the knife was slightly bent and curled in. Not sure what went wrong since it seemed like there was a lot of packaging material used but it still came in slightly messed up. Very unfortunate but still overall a great knife.”

Thank you for shopping with us and we are very sorry to hear that the tip of the knife was bent. We recommend contacting our staff right away if there is something wrong with the items you received. As long as the knife was not used or sharpened we can accept the knife as a return. In the case of damage that happened during shipment, please send photos of the damaged knife as well as the knife box and shipping box of where the knife poked through. If at some point the knife's tip becomes slightly bent from use, it can be corrected easily with a whetstone.

“Shipping costs are way too high compared to other vendors. Shipping time is also much longer compared to other vendors. The order was placed on 11/28/22, and it was not received until 12/13/22. Considering it was a $250 order, it seems like the shipping time and costs can be improved. I have received orders from vendors, Knifewear and Cook's Edge, both in Canada, for free shipping, and the order arrived in less time!”

“The item arrived as expected. The shipping charge was Excessive heat and relation to the price of the item. Only use the item once, and it broke. Not a good experience”
