Everything was pretty good from shopping for a knife and the shipping time was pretty understandable. My only problem came in the delivery of the knife. The knife came in packaged very tightly but even then the very tip of the knife was slightly bent and curled in. Not sure what went wrong since it seemed like there was a lot of packaging material used but it still came in slightly messed up. Very unfortunate but still overall a great knife.
