Shipping costs are way too high compared to other vendors. Shipping time is also much longer compared to other vendors. The order was placed on 11/28/22, and it was not received until 12/13/22. Considering it was a $250 order, it seems like the shipping time and costs can be improved. I have received orders from vendors, Knifewear and Cook's Edge, both in Canada, for free shipping, and the order arrived in less time!
