“last 2 emails weren't replied. the 20% off code didnt work on 2main sku's i wanted to buy because they were OOS and miraculously came back in stock within a week or the code expiring...”

“Didn’t get the cover (my fault as I assumed a 4 inch $450 knife would include one). Went to buy this $20 piece and they want $18.50 to send this little piece of wood. Sorry- this is ridiculous”
