“I wanted to respond to your recent email but have not been able to until now. My apologies for the delay. My wife and I have been customers of MTC Kitchen for many years and continue to return because the variety of products you offer to novice and experienced cooks. My most recent purchase included a surprise that I thought I would never again experience: a representative from MTC Kitchen called me to let me know that an item I ordered would not be coming because that item was no longer available. My impression was that this item, though priced under four dollars, required the same attention and courtesy from your staff as a four hundred dollar knife or any other large purchase. Also the kind personal note included with the items that did ship reminded me of how much is missing from dealing with most companies today while ordering online. Your consistent offerings of high quality products, your attention to customer needs and your commitment to creating a positive customer experience are just some of the reasons we keep shopping at MTC Kitchen.”

“I’m very glad I found MTC Kitchen as I regularly shop for Japanese food and kitchen supplies. Prices are very reasonable and while selection is somewhat limited on grocery items the brands that are carried are quality. The site is well organised, easy to navigate and check out is effortless. MTC will be my new go to for Japanese pantry staples.”
