“Had an issue with deliverance of the wrong item. It was quickly resolved and I was compensated for the inconvenience.”

“You fulfilled my orders, and the products are of excellent quality. However, while I do not hold you responsible, I cannot comprehend how DHL can deliver something to me in 3 or 4 days from Slovenia or Japan. Yet, UPS takes 5 to 7 days to deliver something WITHIN America.”

“Received knife with tip bent. Contacted customer service and they got a new one shipped out quickly as I returned the other. Was a wedding gift for a friend, so the speed was highly appreciated. New knife was in excellent condition and I'm sure will help serve many good meals for the newlyweds.”

“I recently placed my first order with MTC. An item in the shipment, a sake carafe, was broken. I contacted customer service and interacted with Brook, who sent me a replacement. What could have been an unpleasant interaction turned out to be an extremely positive one and as a result I have since placed a second order with MTC. I really appreciate your customer service.”

“Pretty AWFUL!....Received the incorrect items first off!...On top of that the incorrect Items were also "expired" anyways!....the incorrect items were smashed up too....At least you gave me a full refund.”
