“Website was pretty, item shipped quickly. Item was, in my opinion, falsely advertised. It was described as soft and that it wouldn’t slide around. Now that I’ve learned my lesson and looked up the cutting board on other sites, I cannot find anyone else describing it as soft. I hated the item as soon as I opened it, went to return it since return policy said no scrapes or cuts, customer service rep said that despite no scrapes and cuts, the smudges from my finger oils make it non refundable. I’m upset and all I wanted was store credit so I could get a cutting board I don’t hate. I cannot stand this board and only see a massive waste of so so much money, and due to this being my first experience with MTC, I do not plan to purchase through you all again.”

“First of all, My experience with the online order was outstanding. The process was simple and straightforward. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was absolutely beautiful. The item was securely packed in a sturdy carton, which I even decided to keep for future use. Secondly, I also had the chance to visit the MTC kitchen in El Monte, CA, since I live nearby. Unfortunately, my experience at the store didn’t quite match the excellence of the online service. While the facility is spacious and well-maintained, the product selection—especially items from Japan—felt quite limited. Additionally, I believe the in-store atmosphere could be improved. The staff appeared focused on their tasks but didn’t engage with customers in a warm or welcoming manner. A friendly smile and more customer interaction could go a long way in creating a more inviting shopping experience. Thank you.”

“i ordered over four hundred dollars of coffee and only received one box that was damaged. to be honest, i will proably orderfrom Amazon. i did send a email that the one box i got was damaged. all the bottles was in a big box and loose, they had dents in them. not sure why i never got the rest of my product. thanks”
