“Fantastic! Brooke answered my call to inquire about the Hasegawa after an extensive ChatGPT breakdown for choosing a cutting board solution that would protect my rather thin, brittle and deadly sharp Shun knives. His knowledge and helpful attitude towards finalizing my selection couldn't have been any better.”

“Excellent! Despite their wonderful packing job, one of the bowls arrived broken but they quickly took care of the problem and shipped out a replacement quickly.”

“Item was on back order but I placed myself on an availability email list. Once the item was back in stock, I received the email and ordered it. I got a high quality authentic Konro grill. It was very well packaged and arrived within a reasonable amount of time.”

“Very disappointing. The product I ordered had the same expiration date as the one I purchased 6 months earlier. No refunds or credit allowed. It would have been nice if the expiration date had been shown before I ordered.”

“Recently, I bought a Ruriyu cobalt Donabe clay pot and fell absolutely in love with it at first sight. I vowed to take good care of it so it would last a lifetime. My routine after washing is to gently heat it over a low flame for a few minutes to ensure it dries completely. But one night, I completely forgot about it, leaving it on the hot burner overnight. Thank goodness my house is safe—and miraculously, so is the pot. I couldn't believe my eyes. I am so incredibly grateful for the craftsmanship. Unfortunately the stains would never go away but I Know this pot will last me a long time.”
