“Wonderful collection of Japanese kitchenware, cooking ware, utensils, etc. Pretty much everything that you could ask for. The show room is well stocked and ordering items online is convenient and fast. I would recommend MTC Kitchen to anyone, both professional/commercial and home, for the best selection of goods for Japanese and other Asian cooking.”

“Exceptional customer service! Customer representative Brook is conscientious, persistent, and thoughtful. I was looking for a special item around the country without luck, even after reaching out to the sole distributor. With Brook’s unyielding support, he was able to order an exception for me by reaching out to their peer distributor in addition to going through some complicated internal process. It was a journey, but it well worth the effort. I was able to secure the exact item at my doorstep at the end. It all came down to MTC/Brook’s attention to my rather random inquiry. Great job!”

“The product itself is superb quality and would love to buy again but the packaging was not secure and I had 4 broken bottles. If the company finds a ways to secure the glass bottles more, I would definitely buy again. I would like a refund for the broken bottles. Product was delivered within 6 days of ordering”
