Your customer service is exemplary. Truly kind and accommodating in every way. I was extremely disappointed that my beautiful hangiri was damaged in shipping as it was packed tightly in a box no larger than itself with little to no protection from the rough handling it received. I am hesitant to reorder as I find it difficult to imagine receiving another in less than the pristine condition in which it was created.
