Always excellent dealing with MTC kitchen, they have high quality specialty products I'm looking for and sometimes can't find elsewhere, products always arrive in perfect condition, will definitely continue shopping with them. Also, regarding the takamura santoku, all the takamura r2 knives are exceptional, best value in extreme high performance knives you can get from what I can tell.
