over all I think it is a cheap product. However the blade is good. I do not like he fact that there is no kick stand, but i love the action it produces. Good Julianne and other cuts. The blade is sharp enough that I wear protective gloves.
So, not the French one I had for 30+years, but a good product. (Quite frankly, I dont have another 30 yrs left!0
