Placed an online order near Christmas time. MTC was very communicative that they were behind and my order would take some time to fill. I was in no hurry and appreciated the communication, I had not inquired about my order at all. Order was packed very well and exactly what I ordered. This was the only place the Takamura knife I wanted was in stock. Very happy with my purchase and with MTC. Glad I threw in a tube of wasabi as it is actually hot unlike the ball at most sushi places.
