Terrible customer service and a disappointing product from Muffle. I ordered a MuffleArt Coral Acoustical Wall Panel that looked beautiful online, but what I received looked grotesque—completely blown up and distorted, with a huge black blotch that wasn’t present in the original image. It was not what I paid for.
I contacted Muffle within 24 hours of receiving it and had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. When they finally replied, they acknowledged the issue, apologized, and offered a refund or a reprint. I chose the refund. Days later, they completely reversed their offer, citing fine print on the product page.
Their response was not only unprofessional—it was outright dismissive. They ignored my timely communication, took days to reply, and then backtracked on a solution they themselves had offered. This is how they treat a customer who spent $1,113.38 with them. I’m left with a product I can’t use and a company unwilling to take accountability. Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish.
