Terrible customer service and a disappointing product from Muffle. I ordered a MuffleArt Coral Acoustical Wall Panel that looked beautiful online, but what I received looked grotesque—completely blown up and distorted, with a huge black blotch that wasn’t present in the original image. It was not what I paid for. I contacted Muffle within 24 hours of receiving it and had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. When they finally replied, they acknowledged the issue, apologized, and offered a refund or a reprint. I chose the refund. Days later, they completely reversed their offer, citing fine print on the product page. Their response was not only unprofessional—it was outright dismissive. They ignored my timely communication, took days to reply, and then backtracked on a solution they themselves had offered. This is how they treat a customer who spent $1,113.38 with them. I’m left with a product I can’t use and a company unwilling to take accountability. Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish.

Bahut hi kharab service hai pahal to bolta hai koi digat ho to 7 years ka warranty hai fir baad ma phone receive nahi karta aur charge ka dimond karta hai

My 1st order in Dec 2023 was great! Arrived in about 5 weeks, absolutely no problems. So I ordered a second set. I haven’t heard a single thing from anyone. It’s been 8 weeks (4-6 week delivery time) and I have not received anything. I checked my account and it showed my order was still pending. I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order in which I included my order confirmation email and PayPal receipt. I haven’t heard back AND my order disappeared from my account (even the previous order disappeared). So I tried emailing again…nothing. Tried calling…number just rang endlessly. Tried to email the UK office in case the US office was having problems. Nada, zip, zilch. I checked their socials and the last post is March 12 but I can’t find anything about the company shutting down, in fact they are still taking orders. I will be requesting my money back from PayPal today and I strongly suggest that anyone who is thinking from buying reconsider.

Chased for more than two weeks on delivery of items. Emails received with conflicting details - it will be sent today then it was sent last week. No tracking information provided. Had to open a chargeback case to get my money back and won’t be ordering from them again.

Very quick to respond to online enquiry. Items ordered and delivered in 3 days. Terrific response from sales team. Prices are the best . Vast stocks .

Muffle has changed my life! I have a profound hearing loss and our kitchen was a noisy place in which to talk and eat. I wasn't sure that acoustic panels were going to sort this for me but it was worth a try. The moment we put up the the first of four panels, things went quite, the sound stopped bouncing off the walls and I could hear again without trying to guess what was being said or struggle with lipreading. I'd just like to say thank you Muffle for making our kitchen a really happy place to be at last!
