I found the website easy to navigate and I was able to add products to my basket easily. There was an issue with the payment section and Paypal but I soon sorted that out. The confimation and dispatch emails were very clear and I looked forward to receiving my Hot Chocolate selections. When they arrived, I was short of 4 boxes. Within minutes, I sent an email and a picture of my order that arrived. I immediately received a reply with an apology and an assurance that not only would my items be directly in the post, but that I would also receive another box for free for the inconvenience. I have just received that package and I am delighted. The chocolate pods themselves are very good and my children are very pleased with them. We look forward to ordering again in the near furture.
