I had an issue with one of the pods splitting in the packet when it arrived.
I contacted them straight away and got a reply back very shortly after. They sorted the issue out very quickly and very kindly sent out a new pack to replace the split one and a second box as a gesture of goodwill which was incredible!
Excellent customer service and I will definitely be back to order more!
