Plenty to recommend here. I have struggled to find Nespresso pods in anything other than coffee - which Mugpods Ltd have put right. Decaf, syrup infused and hot chocolate all being part of my order. Also, their descaling agent is in small sachets, and apparently cheaper than a great many. Their pods/pouches are also biodegradable, which is better all round. Their communication was good, and my order was well packaged, without the sledgehammer-to-crack-a-nut wrapping that I have had with certain market leading online retailers.
