Fabric on sofa and armchair has faded wear you sit within 5 months of purchase - reported it- multiyork have stated the report says this is normal and the matter closed.
Good quality fabric does not fade within five months- therefore I must conclude that the fabric employed here is poor. Customer service were rude and most unhelpful and you cannot speak to a manager.
