I haven't ordered yet but am about to. I have called their head office sales team to enquire about fabrics and curtain sizes on 3 separate occasions and spoken to some called Deborah or Debbie on 2 of those occasions. The first person I spoke to was very helpful but when I called back, Deborah or Debbie was most unhelpful and her tone even a little sarcastic. If I could get what I wanted elsewhere I would do after speaking to her.
