“Do not buy anything from this company, I placed an order 2 weeks ago, received a order confirmation they happily took my money, so after 2 weeks and hearing nothing after they ignored 4 emails I sent them I decided to pay them a visit, I spoke to a lady in the same mill complex she informed me that musbury fabrics have gone into receivership, disgusting they were able to take my money”
“Cannot contact a day after they happily took my money ! Not even a confirmation of order. Given up , trying to contact head office and shop numbers. Assume they have gone bust, knowing they had just taken the payment and initially speaking to staff member to confirm delivery address. Unable to claim back as under £100 from cc company.
Avoid !!!”
“I haven't ordered yet but am about to. I have called their head office sales team to enquire about fabrics and curtain sizes on 3 separate occasions and spoken to some called Deborah or Debbie on 2 of those occasions. The first person I spoke to was very helpful but when I called back, Deborah or Debbie was most unhelpful and her tone even a little sarcastic. If I could get what I wanted elsewhere I would do after speaking to her.”
“Purchased mattress topper for caravan. Well made and fitted lovely, no washing label, so put in dryer on low heat, but it burned. Sent back.
They replaced eventually, due to covid took longer to arrive. Does not fit correctly and very badly made, stitching coming undone before we even used it. Oh and still no washing instruction label. Will not be using again 😡”
“I ordered eight Sorbonne cushion covers and after the second wash the zips were very stiff and hard to open and close . I contacted the company through their website and no reply. After the third e- mail I sent on giving them until close of play to contact me or I would raise a dispute through PayPal. I received a phone call this morning from the rudest person ever. She was obviously absent during customer service training. She basically spoke down to me and said what did I expect to get for what I paid. I couldn’t get a word in and she then just abruptly hung up on me. It’s safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again and my advice would be to avoid at all costs.”
“Wow, I am so shocked after trying to find out about my order as I had not received any confirmation, was told not this number, called the number I was given to be told, there are 5 of us in this office, I just spoke to you and gave the order number, yes I tried to explain but I was told to ring this number, not knowing it was the same place.
The very unprofessional and unhelpful person I spoke to was speaking over me and was quite rude stating that she just spoke to me.
All I wanted to know is when I may receive My order which was placed last week, she said check my junk emails, I again tried to explain that I have only my invoice for payment with PayPal, again speaking over me.
I said when will I receive the items, to be told “I don’t know” I then said I am going to cancel the order and complain as her customer service skills, or lack off were shocking to which she replied, I have told you, continued to speak over me and then cut me off, I don’t normally complain and understand with current times things are difficult but I felt the need to as this company are quick to take payment but no communication about the order, I will be telling everyone, DO NOT bother giving them you’re custom and spend else where.
Also, it has taken me several calls and emails to which I still wait a reply.
Maybe I should have read previous reviews before purchasing.”
“Ordered a sheet for our caravan some time ago, but nothing received yet. Asked where it was and was told that it was coming in two parcels from two different locations WTF it's only one sheet! I then get email confirmation that I have paid in full and an invoice showing that fact - this I know. If you can get what you want somewhere else then do so. I have only given a one star review because it won't let me give a zero star review!!!”
