So far I’ve completed my first week with Muscle food Goal Getters. It really has made a massive difference already. I was previously tracking my macros but not having any success on my goal which is to get lean and defined. Now that I’ve completed 1 week I can see instantly what I’ve been doing wrong. The meals are varied and plenty to choose from to keep the diet exciting. So far the meals I’ve had are very tasty and already have my next batch on the way. It’s taught me how to manage my cravings, portions and how to eat/snack throughout the day compared to my binge eating habits. So glad I took the plunge and I’m certain to see me though this journey using Muscle Foods
