Terrible ribeye steaks, full of Grissel and don't even look like a normal ribeye, they look more like an offcut. Cooked one last night and it was tough

Very poor quality meat. Usually it's good quality and nice. This time around, it's poor, and a lot of the chicken was bad, so it had to be binned. So, about half the order in the bin I contacted them, but it seems that when you contact them to complain, they ignore you. So I won't be using them again, which Is a shame because before this and ignoring me, I enjoyed the meat

I ordered a hamper from MuscleFood, which included 2.5kg of Premium Chicken Breast Fillets. Despite storing it correctly, the chicken went bad before its best-before date, making it unfit for consumption. When I reported the issue, MuscleFood admitted the fault and initially offered a £30 voucher, which would have allowed me to repurchase the product without extra cost. But instead of honoring that, they backtracked and reduced it to £20, then later increased it to £25—still not enough to cover the replacement (£23 + £5.99 delivery). I gave them multiple chances to do the right thing, yet they wasted my time and refused to fully compensate me for their faulty product. I wasn’t asking for anything extra—just enough to replace what I lost—but they wouldn’t even provide that. If they handle complaints like this, I would not trust them with fresh food purchases. Filed a chargeback through my bank since they refused to be fair. Avoid.

So far, so good! I placed my first order last week, and it arrived exactly as promised. The packaging was great, everything was frozen and in perfect condition. I went for the vegan options, and honestly, all four meals were super tasty and packed with protein. The portions might seem small at first, but they're actually pretty filling. I did see some mixed reviews online after I ordered, and I’ll admit I got a little worried, but I really didn’t need to. I had to reach out to customer service because I had trouble logging in, and they got back to me in less than 24 hours—very impressed! Honestly, I’m sticking with this subscription. It’s a huge time-saver, the food is delicious, and I don’t have to spend hours prepping meals. Definitely a win!

Good food but poor customer service. I tried to cancel a subscription a couple of days before it was due, a bit late but before the order had been prepared or dispatched. Whilst having correspondence with their customer services team they continued to keep processing the order to the point that the order was beyond being cancelled and drawn back through their system. Perhaps because a lot of that process is automated. Customer services were not particularly helpful. Food is good but well overpriced for what it is if you end up paying full price. Packaging is also pretty terrible for the environment. Lots of plastic that isn't widely recyclable. Having tried a few food prep companies, I'd recommend Gold Stand Nutrition as an alternative for better quality food, better macro composition, fairer price, and packaging that is nearly 100% recyclable.

Seriously happy with the hampers we received in good time for Christmas! Stacked up the freezer and enough for the whole family and more! Thank you thank you thank you. Quality lean meats, good portions and everything we'd need! You really do get more than what you pay for.

Please be careful before buying from here, they have very short expiry date for their products. It may be low quality of products. I will not recommend any one.

I have ordered from muscle foods a few times and their meat is 1st class. I am fussy with meats, dont like fat and tge meat is so lean. Porridge pots are fab also x

I’m normally really please with all of the bundles o boy from you however from my last bundle I was a little disappointed when I found a bone in my chicken breast. It was lucky I decided to chop the breast up or I would not have noticed and it could have ended badly.

Ordered so many times now, the quality of the meat is great and such good value. The one time we had an issue with our order it was dealt with quickly. Recommend muscle food to my friends and family all the time!

I have ordered a wide selection of meats with MuscleFood and they all arrived lovely and fresh packed all around with frozen bags. The quality of the meat is outstanding compared to some I have had from the supermarkets and to save money as well as it being delivered to your door, on a day you choose, it's simply the sensible thing to do.

Wasn't happy this time .Everything in the box was almost room temperature, I immediately put it in the freezer . I haven't tried any yet but we shall see . Might order from somewhere else in future

The fillet steak was very tasty but the portion size was very small to what I’ve had on other site for less money so won’t be ordering again
