Terrible ribeye steaks, full of Grissel and don't even look like a normal ribeye, they look more like an offcut. Cooked one last night and it was tough

Very poor quality meat. Usually it's good quality and nice. This time around, it's poor, and a lot of the chicken was bad, so it had to be binned. So, about half the order in the bin I contacted them, but it seems that when you contact them to complain, they ignore you. So I won't be using them again, which Is a shame because before this and ignoring me, I enjoyed the meat

I ordered a hamper from MuscleFood, which included 2.5kg of Premium Chicken Breast Fillets. Despite storing it correctly, the chicken went bad before its best-before date, making it unfit for consumption. When I reported the issue, MuscleFood admitted the fault and initially offered a £30 voucher, which would have allowed me to repurchase the product without extra cost. But instead of honoring that, they backtracked and reduced it to £20, then later increased it to £25—still not enough to cover the replacement (£23 + £5.99 delivery). I gave them multiple chances to do the right thing, yet they wasted my time and refused to fully compensate me for their faulty product. I wasn’t asking for anything extra—just enough to replace what I lost—but they wouldn’t even provide that. If they handle complaints like this, I would not trust them with fresh food purchases. Filed a chargeback through my bank since they refused to be fair. Avoid.

Please be careful before buying from here, they have very short expiry date for their products. It may be low quality of products. I will not recommend any one.

I have been using MuscleFood since 2016 and was always very impressed with the quality of food, price, delivery and overall customer service. However recently I feel that this is not the case. My last order never arrived and there was no communication to let me know what was happening. I had to chase this up to be told that the order would be resent and I was guaranteed delivery 2 days later. 2 days later and no delivery and no communication! I have been left so disappointed and now looking for a new meat company

Horrible experience!!! My order never came!!! And I’ve tried to reach out but they’re not answering on anything and they don’t have a contact number. I would really appreciate a refund or at least finally deliver the order.

Received order half of it missing. Had to go onto chat because no phone number. Agent on chat was no help at all and rude. Finally got email to say my order was missing half of the products. Rest of order sent out with items still missing so had to refund me. Totally stressed me out would never use again!!!!

Waste of money. Chicken thighs were all fat - By the time we trimmed them there was nothing left. The 2 Fillet steaks at £14 were tail fillets - Total con !

I nave made 2 orders in the past couple of months and both times food has been missing and the first order was full of meat juices of raw poultry, I was not impressed

My last lot of food was not good, the morning snacks were reimbursed to me, which totally wrecked the weeks food, most of the micro pots were not what I ordered, there was 2 chicken tikka pots that had no tikka in them, just plain rice & veg. I will not be ordering again, I didn’t eat 3/4 of the food as I didn’t like the replacement pots.

Never received food, then it was going to take a further week to get replaced. I prefer chatting to human not bots. Will never shop again with you, after all being a loyal customer for 10+yes and spending hundreds of £s I expect a human.. Disgusting customer care. Courier/DPD kept changing time for delivery to.. very frustrating. You have lots a great customer, goodbye.

The first time I used muscle food was great, tasty snacks fast delivery. However the second time I ordered from them I have not received anything in 2 weeks. They asked what day to deliver and I had emails saying it was processed I had delivery company tell me the received the details and then im told that the delivery company hasn't received the package yet. 2 weeks have past and nothing has been delivered.
