They lost my package and the customer service was terrible. They only want to give me £5 for the inconvenience, which is a complete joke.

Hi Beatriz, Really sorry to hear of your experience with us. I can see that your order was disposed of by our courier and our customer service team have sent out a replacement order and offered a £10 voucher for the inconvenience.

Ordered a £100 hamper on 11th June for delivery 15th June Recieved a notification the hamper was despatched on 14th June It never arrived I chased via email three times because there are no tel numbers Still no delivery on 16th or 17th I chased again via online complaints and was told the delivery partner had now destroyed my hamper No offer of compensation for inconvenience and hardly and apology at all I did get a refund but it screwed up my weekend

Never ever ordering from here again. Good product but the price increase is astronomical virtually double what I was paying less than 4 weeks ago. Absolutely shocking. I’ve since found a new supplier as I was a standing order customer ordering every two weeks. Vote with your feet people. Thanks

Poor delivery, was left unnantend in front of my door , and was stolen , try to complain , horrible customer service , ask a email to try and complaint above Customer service, have no reply at all

Food turned up, so that's the only positive. Order was packaged badly and the pack of bacon looked like it had just been ripped off of a bigger multipack, it was open and there was bacon everywhere. There's also blood all over everything, I've just spent half an hour wiping it all off. Not sure if this was from the bacon or from the steaks. Won't be using again. MuscleFood used to be the best for bulk chicken, then they started sponsoring people and growing too big and the quality has dropped drastically. There's no way to contact them quickly, the phone number they have a link to on their page is just 01234 56789 and everything else is just send a message and wait for a reply. They eventually replied to my emails and offered a £10 voucher, I turned this down as the food wasted and my time spent cleaning up their mess is worth more than £10. Definitely won't be using again.

Avoid , buy from your local butcher. Poor quality meats, i don’t believe they are grass fed , free range as advertised. Plus , my first and last order come warm, the response to that was oh the ice packs move in the bag. Well don’t put 5 ice packs in a 50 L bag and let it loose!

The Food is nice but unfirtunately wont be ordering again or recomending. Please be prepared to have a double payment come from your account on the first order, and then spend the next two weeks trying to chase up why a double payment was taken out. The user interface still has some errors - hence why i was charged over €100 for the first order across three days. No phone customer service - purely relying on email SLA times for a reply. Still waiting for a reply to my complaint & still didnt get the money back.

Dreadful service, kept insisting on emailing me every month (on a Sunday) stating that my next delivery was due the following Wednesday. Obviously I couldnt get hold of anyone on a Sunday, so they ended up taking the payment for the order, before they then agreed that they were in the wrong! They then had to stop the delivery and refund my money - this has happened for the last two months, even though I had a email weeks ago, confirming that I didnt have a current subscription - lets hope the same thing doesnt happen next month!

Appalling Service, got my order wrong, they offered me a miserly £10 gift voucher, when i told them i was not impressed with their offer, this was then reduced to £5.50

Order never arrived, apparently it was damaged in transit but no one informed me with the result that I waited at home for 2 days for the delivery.

Poor service, over charging on delivery once again it seems like they do anything to take more money which is a shame. The meat itself appears worse and worse each time I receive it, with short use by dates, bones in chicken breast and chewy steaks… struggling to see reason to keep using the site

Used them for years with a subscription. They’ve now changed what ever and it’s completely shocking. Tried to change the date for over a week no one contacted me so they took the money and never got the food and then took days to get the money back and the customer service is SHOCKING. Sad because it used to be easy.

Zero customer service support, the food tastes disgusting would never order from this company again. The food was meant to be delivered within the dedicated time slot by the courier but was 4 hours late which meant the food packaging wrapped in ice had all melted and was soaking wet. Not to mention I ordered 7 days worth of food to later find that I only had enough food for 6 days worth so they made me pay for 7 days and did me out of a days worth of food!! How charming! Absolutely disgusting company! Avoid like the plague!!!!

Yes was delighted with an order that was never delivered, absolutely no communication from you and then after I’d had to chase it pitiful customer service!! You had been such an excellent company but standards appear to have fallen through the floor, such a shame
