I was very disappointed in all honesty, the chicken breasts were in date but were off, unsure if the date was wrong or if they were in a fridge that wasn’t working, the smell was putrid. I’m unsure about the rest of the meat as I instantly froze it when delivered but I have now thrown in the bin as I didn’t trust them after the chicken. This was my first order £36 & it will certainly be my last. I’m disappointed & angry as I paid for this rubbish, especially after having read good reviews. I would have uploaded photos but you can’t smell a photo!

Ordered 2.5 premium ‘hand trimmed’ chicken breast. Site said trimmed of excess fat and blood spots. Don’t be fooled, this is not the case. They are the same as the supermarket. They did not look like premium breasts. I haven’t cooked any yet so cannot comment on the taste but will definitely need to trim them before or after.

I emailed you as soon as my order arrived and I have had no reply. My box was left on my doorstep and no one chapped my door. Hours later (i think as the frozen packs were water and the chicken smelled) when it was discovered I was not happy with the odour. I kept the box for two days waiting on your reply outside of my door. Can you please replace it as I have already paid.

You charge me.£131 for a hamper that should.of cost me £65 I emailed you with concern your customer service is awful I will make a commentary felt on every post I see on social media very very disappointing with this company

Ordered arrived fine 2 packs of bacon medallions with only 2 days before they go off. Just went to use my burgers tonight it said use by 14th and they are covered in mould. Not a great experience overall

My first and only ever order was listed as delivered and never showed up. I had to chase to see where it was to get informed that the courier had issues and disposed of my order but still listed as delivered. No attempt to rectify only an offer to redeliver one week later. Too late by then as would still have to purchase the food I needed for the week. I had a refund and probably won’t return.

Very poor quality meat, was not impressed. Mince was full of grissle, the steaks were super tough , same as the chicken. Won’t be buying again unless it’s improved. Quite annoying as the service is ideal for my diets and workouts. Shame to be let down. Thanks

I’ve sent a complaint through, the help chat doesn’t work on your website I messaged on the Facebook page item not received ? The delivery man has left the parcel outside a block of flats unsecured I did advise there is nothing to leave delivery instructions can you please advise how we resolve this

Parcel was never delivered however a corrupt deliver driver marked as delivered and signed for by ‘U’ with a completely black picture as proof. We now dont have our hamper to which this food will not go to waste due to the freezer packs eventually melting
