Customer service is not good. I arranged a delivery date when I would be at home - they changed the date without consultation - I would not be at home and emailed to advise them - no response whatsoever and they delivered it anyway. The box was left on my doorstep - in the sun all day - the box and the internal plastic bag had been opened and one of the bags of chicken was split so had to be thrown away. Never again.

I didn’t receive goods on time and had to chase them up and are very difficult to get hold of

All of the chicken was rank. The smell was so bad. Had to chuck both packs. Also no freezer bags included

First time customer, really disappointed. The “hand-trimmed” chicken breasts still had blood spots and one even had a really large bone in. I weighed it out for portions too and it was only 2.35kg. Also ordered bacon within my hamper that came with a 36 hour expiration date - not very impressed and no plans to order again.

I ordered a big hamper along with some prepped pots, received the prep pots but not the meat hamper. I spent £130 with muscle foods and I’m really disappointed. I got an email from dpd to say my order cannot be delivered and had to contact muscle foods to sort this. I got in touch and they resent the order but nearly a week later, I didn’t do my normal monthly shop due to ordering from MF so was left without and food in and had to end up going shopping anyways where I had to spend more money. I received my order today and there’s missing items? I give up I have never had a problem before now. I haven’t even been offered any form of compensation from MF I will not be ordering again

Never received my food. Th only Way to contact is via email which takes at least 24 hours between each email. £70 down. No food. Awful service

Massive disappointment!! Heritage steaks very fatty.Sausages like cardboard with barely any meat and pork steaks ridiculous amounts of fat on!! Won’t be using again that’s 100% certain

As a new customer I placed a decent order into MF which I paid for, unfortunately my card was declined! Why I do not know as there are always funds in there, MF emailed me to say the order was cancelled and did so 2 days later in my junk folder, when having a further conversation with MF they stated they would not honour the order. Having had my own business I found this alarming that this was their customer service ! (Wonder if the CEO knows this?)

They claimed I hadn't paid, I proved I had order on again. I waited in all day, no delivery. Contacted them and was told that I hadn't paid. I proved I had with Lloyds and PayPal and the msg from the previous staff member. I was offered a £45 voucher on my next order(I had wasted a whole day waiting in, this is derisory). I refused the offer as I have no faith that the order would arrive!

Ordered a Christmas hamper which didn’t arrive. Couldn’t get a turkey from the supermarket nearby. They then offered to send another box out which then they cancelled and said they were not allowed.

Was left outside a neighbour house had to go looking for it and lift it and carry it home driver said was at rear door but it was at front door which is straight onto street lucky it was still there

The food is ok but the delivery is absolutely shocking. The box looked like it had been thrown down the road. Every time I report this, I dont get a response or it improves. Even when I leave instructions to leave the box in the shed, DPD just lob it on the door step.
