Customer service is not good. I arranged a delivery date when I would be at home - they changed the date without consultation - I would not be at home and emailed to advise them - no response whatsoever and they delivered it anyway. The box was left on my doorstep - in the sun all day - the box and the internal plastic bag had been opened and one of the bags of chicken was split so had to be thrown away.
Never again.
