“The fillet steak was very tasty but the portion size was very small to what I’ve had on other site for less money so won’t be ordering again”

“I didn’t receive my meal order (Goals Plan order number 32073, DPD - 1550 5745 429 099 G), but after raising the issue, Bethany was extremely helpful in resolving it. She made the entire process smooth and easy, ensuring everything was sorted quickly. Thanks to her excellent support, I’m happy to say I’m now receiving my food today, Friday, 27th September 2024. Great customer service!”

“The meat quality is excellent and isn't pumped full of water. The only negative is DPD don't bring it to my door or inform me they have delivered and leave it in my buildings foyer. Not great as I live in a block of flats.once the meat was warm and box soaked.”

“We are an elderly couple and we always get our meat from Muscle food. We can always be sure of fresh low-fat foods from the humble sausage to joints of beef, pork, basically everything we but is fresh lean produce. We trust Muscle food for the best of everything. We recommend Muscle food completely.”

“Every thing was easy to order and I'm sure Muscle Food delivery to DPD was great. Unfortunately can't say the same for DPD who decided to deliver it seven hours after they were supposed to on a day that hit 32 °C. So unfortunately a lot of the ice gel packaging they used had melted. Also it looked like the box had been thrown everywhere.”

“I really like muscle food. My only feeling are it is very chicken based. And the packaging isn't very attractive. The mini spicy sausage tasted like soup. And way to spicy. I'm always recording to friends as it brilliant value for money. But need more meat options.”

“I dropped one star due to delivery...I was not happy that the driver never knocked on the door and just left my box in full sun...the contents were warm and the box soggy when my son popped over and let me know it was on the doorstep..please instruct the del8very guys it doesn't matter you get a text letting you know...they should knock to let you know its arrived The produce as always is excellent thanks”

“As always great products. What is disappointing is that the build your own hamper at £75 now has a delivery charge added to it which seems unfair. I have been ordering the £75 box for some years now, and adding a delivery charge to this make me question if to order again.”

“I've ordered chicken and sirloin steaks, chicken was really tasty not chewy nor rubbery but with the steaks I'm assuming they were frozen and unfrozen multiple times so the blood escaped the steaks, which means that you just have to cook it for less than an usual steak for the medium rare. Problem was with DPD as everyone knows it's an unreliable delivery company. I kept tracking the order but the driver wasn't moving for hours so I messaged the support at 5:30pm and they said it will be delivered so just to wait, then around 7:30pm the app said it was delivered at 3:58pm with a picture of the entrance of the apartment complex and when I went downstairs(I live on the 10th floor) and the package was not there. Support team sorted me out in 2days and sent me a new package but this time it was delivered to my door and on time. I would recommended ordering from musclefood”
