“I really love the convenience and ease of MuscleFood along with the cost, which is why we keep ordering. However the packaging really does need reviewing. Every time, it feels like something has split - we can either smell or feel something.”

“Think the muscle food is great value for money, just a nightmare navigating the website since it has changed and been updated. Amending orders seems to be impossible, don't want to eat the same food every week. I have emailed in regarding this and hope to get some help so I don't have to cancel my subscription. Muscle food is great for losing weight, feels like I'm eating my way slim.”

“Meat is great however delivery a nightmare i always make sure i am in for this delivery to get it away in the fridge or freezer. However said delivered and it wasnt had ring dpd who were not helpful said check again picture was oy top of the box said i have no porch and theu havnt been here as im here. Eventually it turned up but was dumped on door step and dpd just said have to log woth muscle food for investigation. I order the months meat so cant afford to loose that. No reassurance from muscle food it wont happen again or that they would refund or resend if happened again and was a very stressful morning on my only day off so i wont risk again sadly but food is good. Shame.”

“Ordered 10 steaks and 10 gammon. The gammon was faultless and really nice. However, the steak packets 2 of them had holes in so there was blood pouring out as soon as I opened the package. I kept them in a freezer bag but they were just sat in a pool of blood. Also a little chewy. Wouldn’t order steak again but would still try other products.”

“The foods are fresh and in perfect proportions for people looking to lose weight or maintain weight. I found some dishes to be a tad bit bland - but hey, nothing you can’t find your way around. Worth the money! Delivers what’s promised!”

“Very pleased with the majority of our order, however, the steak was extremely tough, probably the toughest we have had, so the jury is out on that until we have eaten the rest. The chicken is amazing though.”

“My only problem my delivery comes and it’s a mess as it has been tossed about and the labels have fallen off the cartons and there is liquid accumulated at the bottom. In the hot weather it is also quite warm on delivery.”

“Excellent service, arrived on time with loads of meat that has so far been of perfect quality - no spoiled items and altogether a very easy experience. All it’s missing is weekend deliveries but I won’t be returning to the supermarket for overpriced meat anytime soon!”

“In the beginning the steaks were fantastic. Over the last few months it has deteriorated. As a result I've not bought any for the last 2 months. The chicken is always great as are the burgers. In fact, everything else is great. Up your steak game.”
