“Price on protein bars offer is good. Packaging was excessive... but I guess they need to justify the excessive shipping cost for bars.”

“I like that you can choose items to fill a hamper, I unfortunately received a refund as an item I ordered wasn't packed. I would rather they had contacted me to enable me to choose something else. I was prompted to spend more money to save on the delivery charge; I did intact order 2 hampers, both £50 value, but they were going to different addresses (in the same town) and so I was charged 2 delivery amounts. Not sure if I would use them again.”

“Great products at a good price but... A few years ago my rating would have been 5 stars but the removal of their exotic meats (I get it, if few people buy it, why stock it) and the recent website update, which prevents you from making changes to your subscriptions without writing to customer services, slightly reduces my personal enjoyment of the service offered”

“Really enjoyed my 1st order! Food is delicious and portions are a good size. Reason for 4 stars is the packaging… there were 4 freezer bags in my box, I can’t keep them, but don’t really know the best way to dispose of them… I wish I could return them to MuscleFood for re-use.”

“A bit disappointed that the BYOB £75 box no longer includes delivery since the relaunch of the website. Other than that, as happy as I've been for the entire nine years I've been a customer and would have given five stars. Would love to see some lamb available. Not an enormous fan of steak, but love a good lamb leg steak. Also lamb liver, which is wonderfully nutritious, but not a complaint, would just be nice. Still well pleased with the quality of the products, and the one and only time I had a service issue it was dealt with entirely without quibble or fuss. I think a word with the carrier would be good, since they clearly never read the delivery instructions. Only once have the delivery notes been adhered to by DPD.”

“Great choice of food, great variety, and good quality. The only thing I would recommend is paying more attention when shipping the cooked food because some of the sauces were leaking from the plastic box.”

“Everything was great apart from the rumps. Found them quite tough and grisslyl. Ended up in the dogs who enjoyed them. But will be ordering again.”

“Ordered chicken love that we can can choose from different size chicken breast have also ordered sausage before that was great. Just really wish they would get smoked bacon”

“Generally value compare to what you can get from supermarkets, however the range of choices are quite limited. There aren't any subscription to reduce the cost of delivery. And the packaging maybe on the lower cost side, but it seems less recyclable.”

“Muscle food meat is always fresh, better tasting, better looking than supermarket meat the only issue is too much chicken breasts which are fresh large succulent So you end up with breasts and not much else more red meats please sauuages gorgeous horseshoe gammon gorgrous beef burgers divine mince beef delicious pork chops mmmmmmm”

“Good for the quality and price, I been getting musclefood for 3months nothing disappoints except I don’t like pork and most of the hampers have pork in them and it be nice to have a fish hamper but that’s just a personal opinion but one thing what stands out is i can order my meats and it’s with me within 3 days”

“Unfortunately there was an issue with part of the delivery. However, MuscleFood provided different options to me to resolve fairly. The other products I’ve tried so far have been great quality and full of flavour. Particularly impressed this quality and flavour was maintained after home freezing.”

“Used to have a good delivery fee offer but that has been stopped now website says only low delivery fee for over £75 spend so i dont think i can afford or be saving anything if delivery fees back to £7-8 a delivery not sure i will continue shame as i had started to order weekly since the new year and wound have continued. 5* for the food its nice but would be a few items less with the big delivery fee now so will have to consider elsewhere.”
