I like that you can choose items to fill a hamper, I unfortunately received a refund as an item I ordered wasn't packed. I would rather they had contacted me to enable me to choose something else.
I was prompted to spend more money to save on the delivery charge; I did intact order 2 hampers, both £50 value, but they were going to different addresses (in the same town) and so I was charged 2 delivery amounts. Not sure if I would use them again.
