Hello, I had recently ordered a muscle food delivery and once received I found that was missing a fair few items I had requested to be in the box. I would like a refund asap.

I have wrote emails. I did not receive my last order as the delivery driver left it next to the front gate 100ft from the front door. Please can someone contact me

Food did not arrive, I got sent a picture of the box on my door step woth no knock on the door and I belive someone has taken it from my doorstep, I would advise the delivery drivers knock on the door from now on

The dates were very short on the May that was actually delivered. Some of the hampers didn't have all we ordered. Would NEVER USE MUSCLEFOOD EVER AGAIN

I ordered the £48.01 hamper which should have included 2 smaller hampers for 1p, however, I did not receive the 2 hampers for 1p. I asked when I could expect to receive the 2 hampers only to be sent an invoice showing what was allegedly sent. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE 2 HAMPERS!!!! I have asked 3 times when I can expect delivery - I am being ignored!

Had to throw the whole lot out, chicken was foreign and stinking, mince was black absolutely rancid and I am 73 on a pension and it was a total waste of the money

Just received my order today opened the chicken to portion it and it’s rotten , tried calling number not in use . First and last time I’m ordering. Steer clear .

Nightmare if you have a problem. I want to change delivery date so look to see how to contact them, on website (need help) link NO REPLY. Send many messages through Facebook messenger NO REPLY. Email them NO REPLY. Phone number, NOT WORKING. Message on twitter but only just done that, but I will be surprised if they respond as they haven't for the others. Also the chicken isn't that good my local butchers has much better quality chicken breast. I find muscle food chicken breast a bit small and watery. The only reason I ordered of them now is because my butchers has shut for a couple weeks and I needed some. But I wish I didn't now as its all a nightmare. If respond I will remove this feedback. If its not resolved I will added more to this review.

My fresh meat is harf cooked when been dropped off it is so hot not the driver fort but I am not eating hot chicken and pork

Shocking company! Massive sharp dangerous bones in CHICKEN breasts. Add you to marketing without consent data protection breach and send out deceptive marketing emails! Take no responsibility for their failings either. No respect for this company or their lies.

My delivery never arrived. Took nearly 48hrs to reply to my email which then asked when I want to rearrange my delivery - no other options offered and no compensation discount. I want a full refund as now done a shop still waiting their reply now into second day

Been a loyal customer for years and had a locked in subscription package which was good value for money. Company have removed this from my account without my say so and will not put it back on. Crafty and deceitful company cancelling locked in deals to make you spend more money for less meat in the new hampers. Took weeks for them to contact me back and then fobbed me off. I am appalled at the companies behaviour. Customer service is now very poor, last hamper had products missing and they don't care about their customers in the slightest. I suggest you avoid this company

DPD didn't leave in safe place as requested and item went missing. Case number was issued for me by DPD as they admitted its driver was at fault and to blame and asked me to send to Musclefood which I sent straight away. Been in contact 3 or 4 times to ask for an update on when I'll get my delivery BUT no reply to any of my contact requests today. Order number is 950703154

Ordered a week's worth of ready meals and pizzas. They went out of date in three days... company said that they have a 3 day shelf life guarantee and suggested refreezing defrosted food. All binned, contacting credit card provider. Bad experience, may be a one off. But use with caution.
