Item was stolen off doorstep and was told nothing could be done. Lost £90 and had to re order.

I didn't get my delivery as they left it at the main entrance of my building where there is no CCTV and over 60 other people live in the same block of flats. I requested it and paid for it to be delivered to my address my front door not the door to the building. They refuse to pay me my money back and refused to tell me why it wasn't delivered to my front door what I asked and paid for them they just ignored my emails. I am now taking court action. Avoid this unprofessional company of crooks

I will never ever order off this site again I received only one box of meat it was supposed to be two hampers one for free I called you guys an the lady kept asking for my order sheet that came with the one box thier was no order sheet in the box only a sticker on top of the box. I took a picture of the meat that came which was no where near 55 pounds worth. And she's telling me that she's going to send me copy of the order through email I'm disabled I can't do all this internet stuff my daughter even had to order it. They can even ask the delivery guy he bought one small box. I have no reason to lie. Never again

So my last order came in and both my bags of chicken were split and the chicken was everywhere, I've then contacted them with the info and pictures to hear nothing back wich isnt acceptable as I had to throw away all the chicken

First time was amazing, second time all the food is soggy and spoiled, this is more DPD fault but I wont be using musclefood again as ivbe had to bin the lot

Very disappointed. The chicken is like rubber with no seasoning at all, doesn’t look or feel like chicken at all. Most of the meals lacked flavour, would not recommend.

Have used muscle food for years always been amazing.... last week had a big order to see after it was our adress and different post code.... corrected it immediately but 3 days later was still delivered to another home. Absolutely no help. So disappointed as they have always been amazing. But got the chat bot for help and was more of a oh well kind of vibe.

I had received the wrong item and one open packet of meat, customer service were very good in refunding me for the wrong items which was great but when I went to use the chicken breasts for dinner both packets had gone off with 3 days left on the expiry date. It’s been a while since I ordered and had remembered this happened last time also so I won’t be ordering again. Also be mindful, if you purchase a mystery protein bundle you will get a list of all the items you receive in an email.

Used muscle food a few times and always been a great service, good price. Last 2 times my order didn’t arrive on time, then got cancelled, 2 weeks later my delivery finally arrived, and all I got was a measly £1 back for my delivery refund, absolutely shocking. Won’t be using again

Ordered for the first time got the Uruguayan sirloin steaks which are supposed to be the higher quality also on special offer and they're the worst quality steak I've ever eaten by far. Tough is an understatement Ive been cooking steak for years and I wouldn't feed those to my dog. Complained an they offered £15 off next order. Definitely don't recommend

Awful service! Tried to order twice, first time the item was apparently damaged by the courier and the second time it was delivered to another address almost 100 miles away which made no sense! All they offered me was a £10 voucher. Avoiding this company at all costs!

One order gone off chicken £15 voucher. Have to spend £30 to use. Next order dpd didn't deliver, order resent. Arrived missing 2 items offered £5 voucher I refused not spending another £30. Sent products. Wow so gone down hill. Won't be using again, used to be great, not no more

Not impressed at all. Package arrived all bashed and box torn. Yeah I understand the courier is responsible but the company should provide better packaging. When I opened it it was a pool of water as the ice packs had melted. One of the meals had a "foreign object" in it which looked like bone....the meal was a meat free one. Company didn't seem that interested when I contact them.

extremely disappointed in the service at Muscle Food annd would not reccomend them again. Ordered on 13/6/24 for a delivery on 18/6/24. On 17/6/24 at 10.48am I received an email saying DPD was expecting the parcel and they'll be in touch when it's out for delivery. On 18/6/24 at 4.25pm (the day I was supposed to get the delivery), I received another DPD email saying "your parcel will now be delivered on 19/6/24", which is a day later than it was supposed to arrive. Those are the ONLY emails I received from DPD. Made a complaint and they told us that "they had told us via DPD that the box was damaged and it couldn't be delivered". No they didn't tell me this at all and was a lie. Literally had no email of this at all from Musclefood or DPD. Made a complaint, they said they will try to delivery it on the next available date which was 5 days later on 22/6/24, which frankly wasn't good enough, as we hadn't bought any other food thinking it was going to arrive on on 18/6/24 as planned. I think it's awful no updates were given to us about the box issues, we had no idea it had even been damaged and they weren't sending it anymore. When trying to get compensation via a complaint on email for a delivery refund + GOOD WILL gesture. They said they'll refund the delivery AS the good will gesture, and said "we already notified you about the damaged box". Which wasn't true at all and we only found out about the damaged box after making a complaint to customer service. They refused to look into it or give a goodwill voucher a first customer. Terrible company and lying staff!

Terrible customer service. We had a subscription and parcel was disposed by courier. MuscleFood did not inform me of this I had to chase up delivery and the next delivery date was one week later and refused to refund delivery charge.

Your delivery company failed to show up on the date selected and failed to get in touch to inform me they would fail to show up.

Unfortunately we are not made aware of orders which have not been delivered and only hear about this when the customer contacts us.
