I wouldn't know as DPD left my parcel outside the front door of a block of flats . So I never received it . Or my money back no reimbursement just tough fck in rip off

It is impossible to cancel or pause membership. The website is terrible. The only way you can attempt to cancel or pause your membership is by trying to do so via a chat bot (which is never working). I tried to cancel my order but then received an email the next day to say I could not make any changes to my order. Then Musclefood tried to take the money (for the order I had requested to cancel) from my debit card. I have complained twice via the chat function with no reply. I have been unable to change the date of my last delivery (it’s impossible to find where to do this on the website despite the chat bot saying it is simple) it is not clear). Musclefood randomly delivered my last order last week on a Tuesday (I did not request this).

My food was disposed by courier and MuscleFood didn't seem to even care & just sort of apologised and sent the refund. Not the best way to ensure customers come back after a bd experience.

I am still awaiting my order that I placed on 25th March and should have been delivered on 27th. I checked the status on your automated bot and it told me to allow a couple of extra days due to high volume of orders. When I still heard nothing I emailed your customer support desk, but still had no update yet and today is 2nd April. Receiving your request for review of your services today made me smile, what services?? Nothing has been delivered! My order reference is 6125. I would appreciate an update on when my order will be sent and what discount/refund I will be receiving due to the poor service and response.

Recently encountered an issue after my first order. I have used this service before with no issues. It appears the new website might not be as user friendly as the old website. Without access to my account I could not change my orders. With their reset password option not working I am left logged out no control of whats being delivered or what I am being charged for. Very dissapointed, granted a helpful customer support team who send you one email per day to help you try and reslove your 'user error' as it definetly is not their problem..

Really disappointed with musclefood to be honest. As a former long term customer I gave it a break due to lack of options. The food available on food plans literally never changed or wasn’t available. I thought I’d give it another go to then see 99% of the options are now frozen pots. Who wants frozen ready meals every day?! All the fresh options I used to like have disappeared. Also there needs to be better meaty high protein snacks not 100 chocolate bars or crisps. I hope you take feedback on board as the plan worked for me calorie wise just got very boring and repetitive.

Unfortunately they have changed their website which no longer allows you to cancel, change, or edit your subscription, this includes delivery dates or food items. Their website now states to talk to customer services, which is pretty much non existent. Now I’m stuck in a subscription I no longer wish to have. I have had no choice but to block musclefood as a merchant via my bank, but they still try to take money. Avoid this company.

Okay so I placed an order on the 19th. DPD couldn't deliver due to perishable goods. Contacted customer service took an age to get back to me. Offered me free prep pots I do not eat any pre prepared food. (Never received them anyway )Ended up having to stock up from elsewhere. No offer of compensating me for the inconvenience. Highly dissapointed and will be sourcing from elsewhere now like my local farm shop. My order turned up today battered box and the white bag was open so much for sealed to keep food fresh. Appalling

Overall very poor quality food. Chicken rubbery. Mince mostly sauce. Rice and potato undercooked. Everything thing tastes weird , like plastic? All the sauce in my 10 different pots tastes the same, kind of like salsa but not nice salsa. It's a Shame because muscle food used to do nice frozen pots( satay and Thai green curry available in most shops)years ago but now the quality isn't there. It was a struggle to get through them all. Definitely won't be buying again. Don't waste your money

Received pakage damaged all meat defrosted Total waste of £60 would never order again 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Courier said sorry but package is damaged took photos then just left

Dpd didn't deliver on agreed date, destroyed as perishable despite email saying fresh for 48 hrs. No proactive notification and then needed to contact customer services to resolve. Had organised someone to be in on original slot and when not delivered had to also organise a following day for someone to be in, this could have been avoided if told order not being delivered. They did organise another delivery, though this was 6 days after original delivery date so needed to buy more meat to cover delay. The reason i usually order from here is for convenience and cost in a challenging financial climate, may now switch back to local wholesale butcher, who is marginally more expensive but won't have the same faff on tbh.
