Recently encountered an issue after my first order. I have used this service before with no issues. It appears the new website might not be as user friendly as the old website. Without access to my account I could not change my orders. With their reset password option not working I am left logged out no control of whats being delivered or what I am being charged for. Very dissapointed, granted a helpful customer support team who send you one email per day to help you try and reslove your 'user error' as it definetly is not their problem..
