extremely disappointed in the service at Muscle Food annd would not reccomend them again. Ordered on 13/6/24 for a delivery on 18/6/24. On 17/6/24 at 10.48am I received an email saying DPD was expecting the parcel and they'll be in touch when it's out for delivery. On 18/6/24 at 4.25pm (the day I was supposed to get the delivery), I received another DPD email saying "your parcel will now be delivered on 19/6/24", which is a day later than it was supposed to arrive. Those are the ONLY emails I received from DPD. Made a complaint and they told us that "they had told us via DPD that the box was damaged and it couldn't be delivered". No they didn't tell me this at all and was a lie. Literally had no email of this at all from Musclefood or DPD. Made a complaint, they said they will try to delivery it on the next available date which was 5 days later on 22/6/24, which frankly wasn't good enough, as we hadn't bought any other food thinking it was going to arrive on on 18/6/24 as planned. I think it's awful no updates were given to us about the box issues, we had no idea it had even been damaged and they weren't sending it anymore. When trying to get compensation via a complaint on email for a delivery refund + GOOD WILL gesture. They said they'll refund the delivery AS the good will gesture, and said "we already notified you about the damaged box". Which wasn't true at all and we only found out about the damaged box after making a complaint to customer service. They refused to look into it or give a goodwill voucher a first customer. Terrible company and lying staff!
