Please please can someone contact me about my incorrect order. The need help section is useless. You can’t speak to anyone and no one replies to emails. I dare not order again in case it messes up again. I just need to speak to someone.

Do not use this Company! I was a loyal customer with Musclefood for several years. To be fair the food is okay when you actually get what you order. They quite often forget items or put the wrong items with your delivery. This is frustrating but can be forgiven. But what cant be forgiven is when they charge you for a full delivery that you don't receive and then their customer service team refuse to give you back your money! Their biggest problem is the delivery company the use. The boxes often arrive damaged and clearly thrown about the back of a van and quite often, they just leave the food outside your door (without even knocking / ringing the doorbell). I guess this not a problem if you live on a quiet street but I live in an apartment building on a busy road and they recently left the food outside and it was stolen. Musclefood customer service tell me that as the driver left the box outside the address, it counts as leaving the delivery "in a safe place" and refuse to replace the food or issue a refund. Avoid this Company if you live in an apartment building!

I've been waiting on a delivery for two days. so I've had no shopping since. Considering I was getting a big box I've had to leave room for storage for food. And I've had a two day wait to get this situation resolved. And the best they could do is send it back out, with another week's wait. Without even considering a voucher or knocking off, what I paid for delivery. Very disappointing

Every week is a different issue, pots leaking liquid and advised not to eat them, missing items in dinner kits and worst of all the chicken in one of my microwave meals was covered in mould!! This has really put me off on how this company store their food- was even rejected a refund for my dinners for the week. £57 worth of food to just end up in the bin. Avoid at all costs! **Ive already contacted support about this and I have been refused a full refund**

muscle food took unauthorised money out of my bank without giving me prior warning causing me problems with my bank and cancelled the discount on my monthly subscription order without notifying me. I have been buying from them since they started in 2013 but now it seems like they have grown too big and dont care about their loyal and long standing customers. I will never use them again, they have actually done me a favour because there are much better deals to be had from other suppliers for example the budget supermarket LIDL does better deals on steak and my local butcher now delivers for free with out the over excessive use of single use plastics and I wont have to order items I dont want or need just to fulfil my minimum order

Smallest portions of food I have ever seen. Unless you like lots of chicken breasts do not order from this company. Photos on adverting nothing like the actual box that arrives. Heard of people being sent repeat order following month when not authorised to do this. Never again will I order from this company.

Appalling ! Never again! Meat and fish portions lol ! My kitten eats more ! Repeated my one off order and took payment . Refused to cancel and refund ! Please get a telescope for their small print ! Overpriced too

I do not recommend you use their services. Not only is the meat of poor quality but, the company processed an order without my authorisation. After putting some items in to my basket and leaving them, I come to find two days later that an order has been processed and sent to an address where I no longer live. The company refuse to provide a full refund and claim that I authorised the order, as if I would send it to somewhere I no longer reside! The company is not to be trusted.

ordered on the 13th, told they would be delivered on 14th, didn't happen.No messages no emails. Managed to track my order myself only to find that it has been on route for the last three days going from Birmingham to Bristol and back to Birmingham and from there to Exeter. My parcel has been on the road for 3 days so far, we are talking "fresh meat" here. Tried phoning, emailing, facebooking and all I could do to muscle food, no reply apart from the one they send to everyone!!! No message from delivery company,no apologize, no sorry it will be here tomorrow, nothing.I spent £55 on a box of rancid meat by the time it comes!!!!! Don't use this site

Chicken used to be of a good quality, it's really gone down hill. We have just had a replacement order for chicken that was covered in small bits of blue plastic??? The replacement came yesterday, as far as I'm aware chicken cannot be frozen twice............... The bag states contents are from Romania and packed in August 2020 and frozen. Then it also says it is defrosted in a controlled environment?? You can then portion and freeze etc, that would be freezing twice? Is it not possible to source chicken from the UK or have we run out of chickens? The slime in the bag was also disgusting, the website states that the chicken is freshly prepared and then vacuum packed before delivery so this is simply not true. This will be my last dealing with musclefood!

Christmas order cancelled for no reason. Ordered on November 9th to come on 23rd December only for it to be cancelled on 21st December!! Shocking customer service, wouldn’t trust them again.

We ordered a Christmas hamper. Covid regulations meant that we could no longer meet with family. Tried to cancel the order, could not do that, tried to change the delivery address, company agreed to do that as it was more than 2 days before delivery was scheduled. Courier decided for us that they would not do it. Hamper arrived today. Definitely not worth the money, could have bought a lot more for that money. Will never order anything again.

Ordered 3 weeks in advance for Christmas, confirmation email received saying 20th December! All good! Nothing happened contacted them on 21st December they said problem with payment, no reason why this should be the case, get an email back entitled NO MEAT FOR CHRISTMAS and they said they had technical problems so couldn’t let us know! The box arrived on time with great communication and well packed. Before I ordered the chicken, steak, pork I checked out the site and someone let me try the meat. It was very good. BUT nowhere could I see that the Chicken came from ROMANIA and the Pork from SPAIN. The beef is UK Ireland. I thought I was buying BRITISH not meat from the other side of the world. Whatever happened to support British farming with our high animal welfare and very importantly at the moment our economy. I shall not be buying again. I feel I have been deceived.

Food quality has been slowly getting worse this year, customer service used to be able to cope now you just get palmed off with lies when you have a problem. Musclefood mfnow members beware!!! Musclefood have taken the free Christmas turkey they have been offering all year off their promotions without any notice, I only found out as I asked when mine was being delivered. Disgusting behaviour from a company I used to recommend.

So had first delivery, didn’t like any of it so cancelled my subscription, only to find they take no notice of this and try to take money for next order which I haven’t ordered. Personally I would say avoid as obviously they take no notice of what you tell them and just continue to try and take money

The meal prep boxes leak everywhere during delivery and leave the entire contents soaked in sauce. In return for the many deliveries I've had like this I've been offered a voucher towards other products which I have no interest in buying. Musclefood have little to no concept of how to provide a decent level of customer service.

Terrible. Usually get reasonable service from muscle food. Order arrived today Opened the chicken up 4 big bags all smell like rotten eggs as soon as u open them. Checked the labels all best before 2 days time?? Kill dates are all early november. Find it massively concerning a company would send a product out in this state. Not even sure if this is edible given the smell coming off it pretty sure we have 20kg of rancid chicken. Thanks for nothing please introduce some quality control measures and dont send out chicken thats nearly out of date?! Massively dissapointed as a long standing customer that muscle food feel this is acceptable. I will be looking in to alternative suppliers to try and source meat that is fresh in the future.
