The chicken breasts had loads of sinew and no flavour. Beef was fatty and poor flavour. Overall mass produced poor quality only plus gammon good flavour and lean. Want a lot for your money it is ok but quality very poor .

Pretty disappointed have been waiting for dhl to deliver my order on Wendessay between 20 past 12 and twenty past one no order delivered I received a picture of a box behind my front door no box was there, I Emailed them and muscle foods rang the local refuse collection to see if they had inadvertently taken it as they were here collecting recycling. I have recieved no reply concerning this a while ago my neighbour came to my door with my order and told me it has been sat in our hallway since Wednesday. It was obviously taken to the wrong address and placed behind the door and there it stayed .

Scam !!! Everyone check your bank statements these lot take £4 every 2 week or more sometimes from your account , they took 3 lots of £4 in one month off me , 2yrs worth my bank fraud team have advised !!! Be careful there doin it to everyone !!!

I received my muscle food delivery and the box was falling apart/ soaking wet from where the ice inside had melted. I then opened the box to find that the chicken breast had leaked out of its bag and was all over the rest of the food! I contacted the Musclefood customer service team via email (as I could not find a phone number anywhere!) and I was told that the only part of the order they would refund was the delivery charge! The next week I got an email to ‘confirm my new order’ and Musclefood had charged me for another order! - at no point did I subscribe or order anything else as I had such a poor experience the last time! I refused the parcel when it arrived the following day and emailed Musclefood and told them what had happened. I then got a reply back saying that for every order you must confirm it and that they had proof that I had done so (which I didn’t) and that there was nothing that they could do for me! My experience with Musclefood was so bad and I will never be using them again - they are scammers!

I achieved nothing,payed £45 for £35ish food,the mince isnt even enough to make a meal.....2 x 200gram,its very misleading,also people are telling me you take money from peoples account £4 a month as some sort of membership thing,can you verify or deny this please,l need you to get back to me before this goes any further,sure this can be sorted...M

I got the buy one get one for a pound delivered today and I am raging spent over £50 and it’s poor half the original box is missing and the free double order has not arrived yet but was told that’s all you’re getting 😡😡😡 no phone number to call them 😡😡😡

Worst company ever. They don’t tell you what the calorie count is in your delivery, you can’t call them and they ignore your emails. This review is going everywhere. Contacting my bank to get a full refund as this is fraudulent.

Customer service is appalling.on my second week of doing the unthinkable I had problems with my order I couldn’t change items and was made to have a certain item I didn’t want I tried to sort it out but no they cancelled my order completely which I didn’t ask for so left me with no food for my second week even tho I had paid for it so had to wait for a refund. On trying to do another new order the same problem so changed my email address only for them to charge me twice £151.96 in 1 week I’m fuming ! so now I’ve got 2 orders turning up tomorrow when I only want 1 ! After many many txts , emails because they can’t call you or won’t call you ! I asked for a refund only to get a txt telling me to freeze the food for the following week & there’s nothing they can do ! How disgusting advising me to eat unfresh out of date food when it should all be fresh delivered each week ! Shockingly bad service they don’t care about their customers or made any attempt to rectify their mistake by offering a fresh delivery for the following week after it was their fault in the 1st place ,Bad bad bad ! I’m done with them and I totally don’t recommend doing the unthinkable they try and make you have food you don’t want and charge you twice in 1 week £151.96 leaving you with out of date unfresh food & they don’t care !

Poorly packed , bottom of the box was frozen and items on the top warm . Very small portions ( picture was misleading). No customer services contact available to talk with . ( no telephone number and Facebook messenger turned off ) only option is to email and keep fingers crossed they one day return my message .

I notice you have chief my bank account with the sun of £4.00. There was no mention of a recurring charge when I placed my order. I am a74 year old pensioner and can not afford to pay £4.00 a month for nothing. Kindly cancel my membership and return my money.

I am very disappointed in your delivery service. It's now the second time it happened. I have paid for a premium delivery service, but then I get a disgusting service. DPD delivered my order, but never knock on the door, we were inside the house and saw how he just thrown the box over the side gate/fence. In the process the box and food got damaged. If this is the service I get from Muscle Food, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Additional order I had not placed! At 70 it caused me palpitations and agitation trying to sort it. Still not sorted. No reply from MF I placed an order yesterday 14/5/20 for delivery on 17/9. On receipt of confirmation the email tells me I have ANOTHER different order due 18/9/20. I did NOT place a second order. I tried, preferring to speak to someone, to make contact. Eventually I had to send an email which said I’d receive a reply in a few hours. No reply. Due to the amount not of stress this caused me, a 70yo, I said I eventually said I wished to cancel BOTH orders. ( I was initially trying to cancel the second order which I had not placed). It put me off the whole experience. I can not afford to pay for an order I did not make or want. I have been a customer in the past but I doubt I will be again. I had palpitations and felt so agitated trying to get it sorted.

They sent me a parcel without previous notification, in spite of contacting them numerous times to request a delay for the delivery, they send me the parcel and leave it in my door. I'm on holidays but they didn't care about it, in addition, the customer service was less than inaccurate. I used to be a fan of this brand but from now on I will encourage everybody to do not buy their food

I wanted to rated zero. I used the food for max 3 months since March to May 2020, I notice that Muscle Food was charging 4 pounds continuously since I contacted them once I found out that they were charging me a membership charge which is the 4 pounds. 01st I wasn't aware that I needed to pay 4 pounds for a membership 02nd after canceling they are still charging me and we are now in August. ITS NOT OK, you should make it clear that there's a membership charge and definitely stop charging after one canceled! I am waiting for a reply from them and a full refund:(

Ordered a lot of steak, braising steak & hache steak, £70. One pack of braising steak was 19 days out of date??? How can that even happen? Today I cooked a 170g rump steak and it was awful. 47g of it was pure gristle.

I ordered my package with muscle, arrived on time was happy at first until I realised they gave me a out of date product and one of the packages I had wasn't sealed correctly, I wanted my money back but they had the cheak to give a 10 pound voucher or 1000 loyal points adds up to tenner i paid 66 pound at least half of it back i be happy poor service.
