Customer service is appalling.on my second week of doing the unthinkable I had problems with my order I couldn’t change items and was made to have a certain item I didn’t want I tried to sort it out but no they cancelled my order completely which I didn’t ask for so left me with no food for my second week even tho I had paid for it so had to wait for a refund. On trying to do another new order the same problem so changed my email address only for them to charge me twice £151.96 in 1 week I’m fuming ! so now I’ve got 2 orders turning up tomorrow when I only want 1 ! After many many txts , emails because they can’t call you or won’t call you ! I asked for a refund only to get a txt telling me to freeze the food for the following week & there’s nothing they can do ! How disgusting advising me to eat unfresh out of date food when it should all be fresh delivered each week ! Shockingly bad service they don’t care about their customers or made any attempt to rectify their mistake by offering a fresh delivery for the following week after it was their fault in the 1st place ,Bad bad bad ! I’m done with them and I totally don’t recommend doing the unthinkable they try and make you have food you don’t want and charge you twice in 1 week £151.96 leaving you with out of date unfresh food & they don’t care !
